situated in the north-east region of the Lago Maggiore, close to the Swiss frontier, westerly of Lugano/Ponte Tresa, above the bay of Luino in the mountains, in a former vinyard and orchard. The apartments have a view about the mediteranian vegetation and almost the complete Lago Maggiore until the Golf of  Borromaeus and to the Western-Alps with their frequently snow-covered summits.

situated south of Lugano, between the two branches of the Lago di Lugano. The romantic centre of Montagnola with shops, restaurants etc. can be reached on foot. Lugano, the international time-honoured Swiss health resort with it' s extensive culture offers ( theatre, concerts, galeries ... ) and manifold possibilities to practise sport ( golf, tennis, surfing, sailing, walking, riding ) are attainable by bus or car in a few minutes.
